Shipping Policies

We want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, and in excellent condition. We guarantee the quality of your product(s) before it leaves our shipping location. If the product is damaged upon your receipt, please contact the shipper for compensation.

Can I order by check?

If you would like to pay by check or money order please use the online checkout process. Start by selecting the items you wish to order. When you have all the items you want press the check out button. You will be taken to a page to fill in your shipping information. Print this page and mail it in with your check to the address below.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer UPS Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day. Please call for these expedited Shipping Methods. You can get a shipping quote by calling us at 661-947-2833 as these shipping options might not be available online at this time.

If a coupon forces my order to go under $50 will I still get free shipping?

No, the order total after any coupons or discounts must be over $50 in order to receive free shipping in the U.S.

Does the free shipping apply to Canada orders too?

Shipping to Canada starts at a flat rate of $8.95 per order. We ship to Canada via US Mail and you are responsible for any taxes or duties applied by your government.

Does the free shipping apply to orders outside the continental US?

Warehouse Ink, Inc. is operated within the continental US and most orders over $50 shipping within the continental United States qualify for Free Shipping. Orders outside the continental US do not qualify for Free Shipping, however, we will gladly ship to your location by special arrangement. Please contact Customer Service by phone, fax or email.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on all orders inside California. Our local tax rate is 8.25%
